Bonus Terms Explained in Plain English
Pakistani players often miss out on bonuses because of confusing jargon. Here's a straightforward decoder — no fine-print tricks, just honest explanations.
Practical Tip: Always read the full T&C before claiming any bonus. If a deal sounds too good to be true, check the wagering multiplier first — that's where the real commitment is.
Wagering / Rollover Requirement
The number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. A x10 wagering requirement means a PKR 1,000 bonus must be wagered PKR 10,000 in total bets before withdrawal is unlocked. x15 means PKR 15,000, x20 means PKR 20,000 — and so on.
Example: Claim PKR 2,000 bonus with x12 rollover → you must place PKR 24,000 in total bets across eligible games before cashing out bonus-derived winnings.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
While you have an active bonus, most platforms cap your single bet size — typically between PKR 250 and PKR 500 per spin or hand. Placing larger bets during an active bonus can void your bonus balance entirely.
Example: If the max bet rule is PKR 400 and you place a PKR 600 slot spin with bonus funds active, the bonus may be forfeited without warning.
Game Contribution
Different games contribute different percentages toward clearing your wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, meaning every PKR wagered on slots counts in full. Table games like blackjack or roulette often contribute only 10–20%, making them much slower for clearing bonuses.
Example: PKR 1,000 bet on slots = PKR 1,000 toward rollover. Same bet on blackjack (10% contribution) = only PKR 100 toward rollover.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses have a time window during which you must complete the wagering requirement. Common windows are 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days from the moment the bonus is activated. If the rollover is not cleared within that window, the bonus and any related winnings are removed.
Example: A 14-day bonus claimed on a Monday expires the following Sunday at midnight, regardless of how much of the rollover remains.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A non-sticky (cashable) bonus is credited separately and can itself be withdrawn once the rollover is complete. A sticky bonus stays in your account as wagering power only — you can withdraw winnings generated from it, but the original bonus amount itself is never withdrawable.
Example: PKR 1,000 sticky bonus generates PKR 3,500 in winnings after rollover → you can withdraw PKR 2,500 (winnings minus the sticky bonus amount), not the full PKR 3,500.
Maximum Cash-Out
Even after completing the wagering requirement, many bonuses cap the total amount you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings. A typical cap might be 5x the bonus amount or a fixed figure like PKR 10,000 — regardless of how much you actually won while clearing the rollover.
Example: PKR 1,000 bonus with a 5x max cash-out → maximum withdrawable from that bonus's winnings is PKR 5,000, even if your account balance grew to PKR 20,000.
